Domestic Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery - 3-5 business days - Free

Express Delivery - Next working day - £10

International Shipping Policy

All International orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery to Europe and US - 5-10 business days - £25

All other Countries - 10-20 business days - £40

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Junebug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

return & exchange policy

Thank you for shopping at Junebug Luxury.

 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return or exchange new items that are unworn, unaltered and free from damage within 7 days of receipt of the original order. Items must be received with all original tags and packaging (such as shoe boxes and dustbags) intact.

Please note that any commission charged on styling or concierge services are non-refundable. 

Items purchased from the shop may only be returned for store credit only.
