IBENO CANDLE

Ibeno is a beautiful coastal town nestled on the atlantic coast of Nigeria. It is located in Akwa Ibom State in the south south part of Nigeria. This is where I am from. It has pristine white beaches despite the crude oil production off it's coast at the Qua Iboe Terminal. Ibeno possesses the longest coastal beach in West Africa. The original livelihood of the Ibeno people is deep sea fishing. The Ibeno fisherman was often wealthy, sophisticated, flamboyant, a lover of the finer things in life (including fine wines and liqueur) and notoriously proud. This place and its people inspired the Ibeno candle and diffuser. The fragrance is an alluring, sophisticated woody cologne evoking vintage leather and fine cognac.
